Workspace plans

A workspace contains individual Vectary Studio projects, which can be organized into folders. The Vectary Dashboard displays a list of all available workspaces and allows you to switch between them.

Features available in your projects are based on the location where they are stored. Certain features such as interactions, augmented reality, and a non-branded viewer for shared projects depend on your current plan (e.g., Grow, Business).

Business workspaces allow you to collaborate on projects with your team. Add more seats and assign roles (manager, editor, collaborator, viewer) Projects in a team workspace have more sharing features unlocked, such as cloning and restricted access.

The owner of the workspace is required to provide a payment method when upgrading the workspace to a Business plan. Managers can add or remove seats. Editors have project-level permissions but cannot manage workspace billing or seat assignments.

Please contact our Sales team, and they will set the Workspaces according to your needs. Adding members is done from the Workspace settings. Invites are sent by entering the member's email address and selecting a role (Manager, Editor, Collaborator, Viewer) during the invitation process. Each invited member receives an email with a link to join your workspace. New users will be guided through the registration. The workspace will appear in their Dashboard sidebar.

Per seat license is a software license based on the number of users who have access to a workspace. For example, a 100-user license means that up to 100 specifically invited users have access to the selected workspace. Every collaborative workspace requires its own setup of seats.

The invited team member can view or edit content (such as folders and projects) in the dedicated workspace (depending on the access rights).

Members of your workspace are not required to have a subscription with Vectary and will not be billed. The owner of the team workspace pays for their seats.

A project with a "public link" can be accessed and viewed. Each view is counted, including the views from the content creator and the members of the workspace. Views of the project in AR are added to the count.

Monthly and annual billing options are available for Grow and Business plans.

Yes, all subscription plans are recurring. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you have paid via PayPal or credit card, you can download your invoice from the account Settings under - Plans and Billing. If you wish to pay for a Grow or Business workspace using a different payment method, please contact: sales@vectary.com

To cancel your subscription, navigate to the "Workspace settings" in your account. From there, click on the "Billing" tab. Within the Billing section, you will find the option to cancel your plan. Depending on the plan you have, some cancellations may require contacting your Customer Success Manager or our Support team. Once you cancel the subscription, your workspace plan will be disabled at the end of your billing period, and any projects within this workspace will no longer be available for editing or viewing.

The workspace will be locked if the plan is not renewed after the end of the billing cycle. You will be unable to edit, move, or access the projects in that workspace. Additionally, all public embeds and project links within the workspace will become inaccessible. Vectary's Education plan is free for students and teachers and comes with limited functionality. If you need to use interactions and collaboration features such as shared workspaces within the class, there are additional costs.  Please contact sales@vectary.com for our custom pricing plans for Education. Projects in Education and Legacy Pro workspaces may show the Vectary logo in all shared links. Upgrading your workspace to a Grow or Business plan will remove the branding instantly, without having to synchronize or re-share projects.

Yes, everything you create in Vectary can be used for commercial purposes. However, we recommend that you always check the license requirements for 3rd party assets from external libraries or other imported files, in case they are not allowed for commercial use.
